Allison Wright

Allie Wright is an American contemporary mixed media artist depicting her adoration for both city and rural life. She received her BA in Art and Public Relations at Gonzaga University before entering the tech world for 22 years, including 16 years at Amazon in Seattle and NYC.

A self-proclaimed tortured gardener, her artwork is an attempt at an “Ephemeral Grace Period” to dying and decaying objects found in nature while displaying the beauty of the ordinary and often discarded, through color and texture. She uses material found around NYC, or beloved places across the country. She calls her work “Nature Pop Art” and her style is loose, colorful, unrestricted, and imperfect. She strives to make her style mainstream, by collaborating with both adults and children.
